Terms of service

These terms apply when you use the website, software, websites, hosting and services provided by AI Web Development ("Awdly", "we"). By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to them.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity under your account. Give us accurate business and contact details.

Free trials

New plans start with a free trial (usually 7 days). No payment details are needed to start. You can trial each plan once.

Billing and non-payment

• Plans are billed in advance for each monthly or yearly period, in Indian rupees. GST is added for clients in India.
• An invoice is raised a few days before your trial or period ends and can be paid online from your account.
• If an invoice is not paid by the end of the period, the service continues for a 3-day grace period and is then suspended. Paying the invoice restores the service.
• Data of suspended services is kept for 60 days, after which we may delete it.

Cancellation

You can cancel any plan from your account. The service keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed.

Digital products

Templates, scripts and other downloads are licensed for use in your own business and for your clients' projects. You may not resell or redistribute the files themselves.

Acceptable use

Don't use our services for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to store content you don't have rights to. We may suspend services that put other customers or our infrastructure at risk.

Liability

We work hard to keep services available but don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.
