Shipping & delivery policy

AI Web Development sells software, online services and digital products only. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping charges.

How each item is delivered

• Software plans (Clinic Suite, School Suite, Help Desk, Trip Desk, Property Desk): access starts as soon as you sign up, from your account. Setup help is given within 2 working days.
• Websites: work starts within 2 working days of sign-up or payment. A standard business website is usually delivered within 7–21 working days, depending on the plan and how quickly we receive your content. We confirm the agreed timeline with you in writing.
• Managed services (SEO, social media, Google Business Profile, maintenance): work starts within 2 working days of payment, with monthly reports.
• AI chatbot and WhatsApp automation: set up within 3–7 working days of payment, depending on the plan.
• Digital products: available to download immediately after payment from the Downloads page of your account.

Delivery problems

If you have paid and can't access your service or download, email info@awdly.online with your invoice or order number. We fix it within 1 working day.
