Refunds & cancellation

Subscriptions

• Every plan starts with a free trial so you can decide before paying.
• You can cancel any time from your account. Cancelling stops renewal; the current paid period is not refunded and the service runs until it ends.
• If you were charged by mistake or twice for the same invoice, write to us within 7 days and we'll refund the extra amount.

Digital products

Because files can be downloaded immediately, digital products are non-refundable once downloaded. If a file is broken or not as described, contact us within 7 days and we'll fix it or refund you.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.
