This policy explains what personal data AI Web Development collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Details you give us: name, business name, email, phone, country and messages you send.
• Account and billing records: plans, invoices and payment references. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store them.
• Basic technical data such as IP address and browser, used for security and to keep you logged in.

How we use it

To provide and bill for the services you sign up for, reply to your enquiries, send service and payment reminders, and improve our services.

Your customers' data

Data you store in our software (for example patient, student or buyer records) belongs to you. We process it only to run the service for you and never sell it.

Sharing

We share data only with providers we need to run the service, such as our hosting provider and Razorpay for payments, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your data, or for a copy of it, by writing to hello@aiwebdev.in.
